RE/MAX Innovative, New Hampshire's largest RE/MAX Brokerage, is the home of experienced and forward thinking agents who are active in their communities, and are ready to guide buyers and sellers to achieve their homeownership goals.
ESTABLISHED NH ROOTS
This RE/MAX Innovative franchise was originally established in 1986 as RE/MAX Properties in Nashua, NH and was the first RE/MAx office to open in the state. By, 2005, RE/MAX Properties had over 100 associates in 3 offices in the Greater Nashua area.
BEING "INNOVATIVE"
Innovative Realty was founded in 1998 as an independent real estate company with a focus on emerging technologies that enhanced the overall homebuying and selling process for their clients and agents.
Headquartered in Londonderry, NH, Innovative became a RE/MAX office operating as RE/MAX Innovative in 2017. In 2018, RE/MAX Innovative acquired RE/MAX Properties and became RE/MAX Innovative Properties with 6 office locations in Southern NH and Northern MA.
In 2022, RE/MAX Innovative grew again with the acquisition of RE/MAX Bayside, adding offices in Meredith and Laconia. Even while growing, the owners remain committed to providing buyers and sellers personal attention from top agents to achieve their homeownership goals.
